Positive Intelligence (PQ) mental fitness program was designed by Shirzad Chamine, NY best-selling author of PQ and Stanford Professor.
We took this program in 2022 and are living with greater flow, compassion, clarity, less judgment, and joy.
Meet Rachel Karu
PCC, MS

Rachel’s personal journey as a recovering perfectionist inspired her to create Stepping into More – a professional and personal development company, dedicated to supporting clients to identify their GPS (natural gifts, passions, and where they like to be in service) in order to unearth and honor their true north: activities where the three components intersect.
Prior to launching Stepping into More, highlights from Rachel’s corporate experience include: Human Resources Manager at EMI Music Distribution and Manager of Organization Development and Training at Easton Sports.
Rachel earned an MS in Counseling for Business, achieved her Coaching Professional Credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Strengths Coach.
Rachel is a Past President for the global association, ICF, Los Angeles and served on the Board of Directors for seven years. Rachel served as the Co-Leader for the ICF virtual community – Coaching and Human Capital, Community of Practice for three years. Rachel’s journey as a perfectionist led her to publish a book and a companion CD of songs: Stepping into More: Lessons from a Recovering Perfectionist.
Rachel is proud and delighted to be married for 34 years and to be called Mom by her two top teachers – her children.
Meet Pamela Kudlick

Pamela is a strategic partner championing you to “Lead Stronger. Live Fuller.”®—helping you lead at your best and live your best life. She has spent over 30 years as a global business leader, 11+ years as a coach, and mentors young women in tech as a facilitator coach at USF.
As the founder of Cornerstone Coach LLC, Pamela supports corporate leaders, aspiring leaders, and executives looking to advance their careers, master leadership challenges, or design their lives with clarity and confidence. Her own transformation into coaching came through navigating job loss, personal loss, and major corporate changes.
She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF and holds certifications in Transformation, Strengths, Conscious Business, and Emotional Intelligence. Pamela has led teams and driven strategy at HPE ($20B organizations, $200M cost savings), Cisco ($300M+ sales strategies, 10 acquisitions), and a $500M software startup. She has expertise across Supply Chain, Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and Mergers & Acquisitions in industries from high tech to hospitality.
Committed to giving back, she donates 10% of her business to River City Food Bank.

What is Mental Fitness?
Mental fitness is the capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than a negative mindset. We all have a negativity bias to survive and those negative voices in our head tell us “I’m not good enough, I’m an imposter, what if I’m wrong, I will fail, or what will people think?” Sound familiar?
Research shows that only 20% of people hit peak mental performance. The question is, how can we be part of 20%? Many of us have intentions for the best and yet time, knowledge, accountability, and/or motivation hold us back especially when we don’t build lasting habits.

Based on his breakthrough research with over 500K participants (CEOs, students, athletes, professionals) in 50+ countries and the latest neuroscience and psychology research, Shirzad designed a simple yet impactful approach to overcome our sabotaging behaviors (e.g., self-doubt, judgments, unworthiness, fear of failure, etc.) so we step into our unique and powerful self.

Program Information
In this 8-week online course, you will:
- Learn the three critical mental muscles to shift power from our inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).
- Discover lies from inner Saboteurs that keep you stuck, overworked, unproductive, unhappy, and/or unhealthy.
- Engage in easy daily practices using the PQ app to build new mental muscles (neural pathways) in as little as 15 minutes per day.
- Track your progress in the three core mental fitness muscles. MRI studies show that within 8 weeks we can rewire our habitual patterns. How cool is that?!
- Receive Shirzad’s PQ audiobook and weekly hour-long video that delivers practices to inspire and energize you.
- Gain support and accountability from us and others to establish lasting new positive habits.
